Binge, round 2:

I should chew my food more...

  1. This made me chuckle (not to be mean) because it is something I need to do. One day I'll choke on food I haven't chewed properly. xx

  2. This post made me think of how whenever I binge, I don't chew the food. I just stuff it in there and maybe that's why my stomach feels so shit after a binge. That along with the copious amount of food I have consumed.

    Binging sucks. I wish I could avoid it and that horrible full feeling that comes with it.

    It's been a few days since I binged but it's a constant issue in my mind.
